– Execute legal services provided by the firm, in particular, the use of personal information to the minimum extent, necessary for the performance of the legal services, provided by the firm: especially, to collect debts from debtors who had failed to pay our client for advertising fees of online advertising platform;

– Issue bills or make payments regarding legal services;
– Respond to inquiries;
– Communicate news about us;
– Recruit our team members;
– Manage our personnel and other operations; and
– The extent any other purpose ancillary or incidental to those listed above.
2. Provision of Personal Data to A Third Party
We comply with the Act and other related laws and regulations when we provide personal data to a third party.
3. Security Control Measures for Personal Data
We take necessary and proper measures for the prevention of leakage or loss of, or damage to, and for other security controls of, personal data.
4. Disclosure of Retained Personal Data
When an individual identified by personal information requests any of the following regarding their personal data or retained personal data, we will respond to such request pursuant to the Act and other relevant laws and regulations. Please note that upon request for the notice of the purposes of use or the disclosure of retained personal data, we may charge a handling fee.
